Caravan Logistics moves freight across Canada and the United States as an asset-based carrier. We own and maintain the equipment, we hire and train the drivers, and we run the terminals where freight gets staged. There is no broker chain between you and the truck.
The fleet covers dry van, reefer, heated, flatbed, dedicated lanes, and team-driver service. The terminal network — Oakville and partner sites across Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta — gives shippers cross-dock and warehouse staging without leaving the network.
Most of what makes Caravan work is unglamorous: bonded freight handling, EDI integration, CTPAT and PIP references, in-cab scanning, and a dispatch desk that answers the phone at 2 a.m. on a Sunday. That’s the operating model.
